Brokerage Relationships

South Carolina law requires real estate licensees to give consumers a written disclosure about the kinds of working relationships a brokerage can offer, and to provide it at the first substantive contact about a specific property. The disclosure explains, for example, the difference between working with a brokerage as your agent and working with it as a limited-role or non-agent.
